Please find your own stuff to blog about. My life is far more interesting than you give me credit for. You’re life is so boring and so incomplete, you have to hang around the place you got fired from just to find things to blog about. You pick apart posts made by other people , then post on your blog about them like you know these people. You add words words (beef jerky) just to make the story different enough. No one EVER said you should feel sorry about them. Not every post on every message board is about you. When people offer a different perspective (ex. My dh does this, or that), its not to make you feel bad, its to show you that you really don’t have it THAT bad. And my favorite my hubby loves me far more because he is willing to do that for us. And I love him far more so by that thinking when he sat at home for 2 ½ years, he didn’t love you? You are really comparing the love of husbands based on who’s jobs sucks more? Then you’ve not nothing on woman who’s husbands pump gas, empty trash, or scoop poop. I mean look at what they will do to support their wives. They aren’t too good to work. You bitched for months about driving your ds to work, but you’ll waste gas, put milage on a car, etc just to sleep next to your husband, WTF is that about. You prove over and over that when you say ‘family’ you really mean your husband. You routinally make excuses of why you can’t ‘go to town’ (less than 10 miles), but will drive anywhere just to sleep in a bed with your husband.
Now if they really thought about a gift enough to make me really happy, that counts even more! But any gift at all shows love.
Again, take the holier than thou, so it’s ok it they make really happy by giving a gift you like. Well you should be really happy either way. You can’t pick and choose what is ok and what is not.
And for the record I am willing to bet, oh I don’t know, a case of applesauce, that no one wants your crap. It IS the thought that counts when someone is thinking. What makes you think people want rap made from a used sheet? You can get NEW sheets at Walmart for $5.
Many people live a frugal and simple life. I know many many people, myself included who can, repurpose, cook from scratch, make clothes, but we are not freaks about it. We do not use it or our lifestyle to get attention. The difference in the two is you have a SIMPLETON life.
